Product Specifications:

Properties: Light yellow or orange crystalline material (granules), non-toxic, slight ammonia odor. Melting point above 80°C, specific gravity 1.34-1.40, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water, dilute acids, and dilute alkalis. Decomposes gradually when heated above 60°C.
Usage: A delayed-action vulcanization accelerator with low activity, high delay, short vulcanization time, excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, easy dispersion, no blooming, slight discoloration. Suitable for natural and synthetic rubbers. Mainly used in the production of industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, conveyor belts, etc.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 8 months.
